Aim for 150 Movement Minutes Weekly

The recommendations for physical activity vary depending on a person's age and overall health, but generally speaking, 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week is considered to be a good goal for adults. At Kardio we use the term Movement Minutes to keep it simple.

This amount of exercise has been shown to provide numerous health benefits, including reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, as well as improving mental health and overall fitness.
